Tone of Voice exercise for Client X
As part of our client’s social reset campaign, our team had set out to create an entirely new social playbook, complete with a new brand persona. My partner and I were responsible for the development of three new brand personas centered around a sustainable and conscious mindset; I have worked to bring the three to life in a tone of voice exercise that develops ‘who’ this social persona is, how they speak, and how they interact with followers to ultimately improve overall engagement.
